Terms of Service

By accessing this website or entering into a rental or lease agreement with SYR NEXUS LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Quotes are estimates valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to property availability and approval of your application.

A binding agreement is formed only when a written rental or lease agreement is signed by both parties. That agreement takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Charges, billing frequency, deposits and any late fees are set out in your signed agreement. Late fees apply only after written notice and any stated grace period.

Deposits, where required, are refunded after return inspection less any documented damage beyond normal wear.

You agree to use the property only for its permitted use and in line with the terms of your lease.

The property must be returned in the condition recorded on the move-in condition report, allowing for normal wear.

We inspect the property before handover, and carry out structural and appliance repairs arising from normal use at no cost to you.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the charges paid under the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Cancellations made before the lease is signed are free of charge. After signing, the notice terms in your agreement apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
